Is God calling you to serve?
Whether it's a short-term mission endeavor or a career-long commitment to service, CBF can connect you with ministry opportunities among the world's forgotten and forsaken.
3+ Year Commitment
Explore Full-time service with CBF Global Missions. We follow a partner-funded model where commissioned ministers, known as field personnel, engage in close, collaborative relationships with churches, agencies, small groups and individuals to faithfully answer God's call to serve.
Students
Student.Go is a missions program of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship that provides opportunities for students to serve with our field personnel and ministry partners as they live out CBF Global Missions commitments--cultivating beloved community, bearing witness to Jesus Christ and seeking transformational development.
Whether it's for a summer, a semester, or a year, students provide crucial assistance to the ministries of CBF field personnel and ministry partners. By serving with Student.Go, students also have the opportunity to discover their place within God's mission to change the world. Through these experiences, students live out CBF Global Missions commitments within the context of global poverty, global migration and the global church. Student.Go is open to undergraduate students completing their first year of college and at least 18 years of age, as well as graduate students of any age.

Short-term Opportunities and Process
Think globally. Individuals and teams can make a difference in the lives of people around the world through short-term mission engagement. Service opportunities can last from one week to several months. Serve alongside CBF field personnel and ministry partners around the world.
Disaster Response
Respond during times of crisis by seeking opportunities to minister when disaster strikes. Although not a disaster relief organization, the Fellowship responds through CBF Disaster Response ministries, directed by Alan Williams. The Fellowship seeks to be a long-term presence, helping communities recover and rebuild. Learn about opportunities to serve in disaster affected areas.
Together for Hope
Together for Hope (TFH) is the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship's rural poverty initiative, a long-term commitment to working with 20 of the nation's poorest counties in order to affect change and break the cycle of economic disparity.
Encourager Church
Explore becoming an Encourager Church. Encourager Churches partner with field personnel to build bridges in mission engagement. In a hyper-connected and socially networked world, close partnerships with specific field personnel unleash the power of personal relationships to transform lives. The Spirit works in and among our relationships for the mutual transformation of our congregations, field personnel and those whom we seek to serve.
